Some are former law enforcement officers, such as ex-police or FBI agents, who are well-versed in the knowledge of framing even the most law-abiding citizens. To shed light on this hidden world, we will draw from two sources: a woman who once worked for a private investigator and an individual who has been a victim of this abuse of power for over 25 years.

According to a source, Private investigators typically create a case when hired by a client. The client’s motivation may stem from legitimate concerns—or from a desire for revenge, often cloaked as fear of a perceived threat. Ethical private investigators will complete their due diligence and report when they find no wrongdoing. However, some clients demand ongoing surveillance, claiming fear of retaliation. This claim can justify harassment through a “show of authority,” with the investigator making their presence known to the target. Unfortunately, this opens the door to harassment under the guise of protection, especially when prolonged for years.

While some private investigators eventually refuse to continue such unethical cases, others are happy to carry on indefinitely. The most dishonorable among them will fabricate evidence to keep the harassment going. For example, they might enlist women to approach the target under false pretenses, later claiming solicitation or other crimes. They may also use tools like cellular “sniffers” to intercept phone data, hoping to uncover anything incriminating. Even if no crime is committed, false reports to the police can trigger investigations that require prolonged surveillance.

In some cases, police unknowingly or knowingly cooperate with these private investigators, even hiring them for additional surveillance. The result is a smear campaign where the target’s reputation is ruined without their knowledge. Employers or potential employers may be notified, leading to job losses or missed opportunities. Since the target is unaware of the accusations, they are left wondering why they face rejection or termination.

Over time, repeated false allegations and investigations can destroy lives. In some cities, this pattern goes unnoticed due to corrupt relationships between private investigators and law enforcement, often involving kickbacks. Despite knowing the target is innocent, these individuals continue the cycle of defamation for financial gain, with little regard for the life they are ruining.

April 14, 2025 – In a confidential interview, a Los Angeles-area substitute teacher has expressed concern over what they describe as recurring, unexplained scrutiny during school assignments—raising questions about the possibility of targeted actions behind the scenes.

The educator, who requested anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the subject, says they’ve noticed a troubling pattern throughout their time working as a substitute across various schools. “It’s very peculiar,” they shared. “On and off, I keep being checked—observed—as if someone is waiting for me to do something that could get me fired.”

These inspections, according to the teacher, are frequent enough to suggest they are not random. “This kind of thing doesn’t just happen on its own,” they explained. “It can only happen if someone is lodging complaints—maybe even students making unfounded claims.”

The teacher, whose identity we are withholding due to concerns for their safety, describes a sudden and unexplained loss of access to high-paying substitute assignments in well-established districts — positions they previously received regularly. In their place, only low-paying charter school jobs have been offered, despite the teacher holding both a bachelor’s and a graduate degree — well above the minimum requirements for many of the districts now shutting them out.

“This has never happened before,” the educator stated. “It’s like someone flipped a switch. I’m certified, experienced, and preferred by schools I used to work in. Now I’m being completely excluded.”

In one recent episode, they were treated coldly at a charitable food service where they had previously been welcomed — a shift that furthered their suspicion of being quietly ostracized.

The teacher has gathered photographic and video evidence documenting these encounters, but has opted not to release them publicly at this stage, citing the need for legal guidance and concern for personal safety. They are currently exploring the option of a formal private investigation, stating that any individuals acting unlawfully under the guise of authority must be held accountable.

“There is nothing I have done to justify this scrutiny,” the teacher said. “This appears to be punitive and orchestrated. If people are acting under the color of law to destroy someone’s livelihood — that’s not just unethical, it’s criminal.”
